TOPIC: GREATNESS, YOUR HERITAGE (PART 2)
TEXT: And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. Acts 20:32
Greatness is the heritage of every child of God but to actually attain greatness, you must possess your inheritance.
There is so much that is yours in Christ and your possession of them all is what solidifies your dominion and establishes your greatness.
Scripture says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue” (2 Peter 1:3).
Child of God, you must be determined to possess all that is yours from the Lord.
And you cannot possess it without first, knowing your inheritance which is in the word of God.
So give attention to finding it and devote yourself to possess it.
Without sound knowledge of the truth, you cannot take back all that is yours.
Joshua said unto the children of Isreal, How long are ye slack to go to possess the land, which the Lord God of your fathers hath given you?” (Joshua 18:3).
In Genesis 26, Isaac was incredibly determined in possessing the wells his father Abraham dug which were his inheritance and He kept pressing on until he got his Rehoboth.
Therefore, locate the truth on your inheritance in God’s word and possess it in the place of prayer.
Scripture says, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32).
Arise and begin to take steps in order to possess your possession.
My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray now, I arise to possess my inheritance.
Do have a great day!
