At times, you cant stop the thoughts, but you can decide which to allow and which not to allow certain unnecessary, anxiety, and worry, to the extent of taking your sleep. It’s 2:30am you can’t sleep, tossing from one end of the bed to the other, while others are asleep, but not you. So from 2:30, it becomes 3:30am and you are still awake. From then on anxiety, begins to have its way with you, another passing hour, takes away your appetite, and this is not good for you. The truth is that you can’t stop worrying, but you get additionally worried that you are worrying, and subsequently, you become made at yourself, because it is quite absurd to you.
The big question now is that; is it not possible to leave your mind quite? It might look a bit difficult, because the mind seems to be like a monkey, jumping up and down, and jabbering all the time. Onces you have learnt to think, you can’t stop. Quite a number of people devote their lives to keeping, their minds busy, and feels really uncomfortable with silence. Onces alone, and nothing to do, the next thing is worry and distractions of thinking all sorts, which in turn affects you negatively and stops your clock of living.
